The project management team shall make safety plans for particular construction tasks with complexity and high risk (Benny et al. 2017).

Safety management is used in different levels so that it forms a hierarchical supervision structure. A special safety inspection, regular check by engineers, and daily report by the project team should be made for worker teams' safety. The contracting level should conduct a routine inspection, rating, reporting so that the higher authority can know about the project's safety measurements.
