management
Safety training is needed because it gives us
knowledge about safety kits, awareness of safety. It also identifies the
hazards and unsafe conditions of an object. Training is necessary because it
builds the bridge between organizational and technical management. All these
factors should be managed; otherwise, #Emergency
Hazards and disturbance can occur. The organization is an essential factor
in safety management. Different types of management workers from in-office to
on-site, everything should be organized (Guo et al. 2017). Due to these, a special department for safety
management shall be set to take care of all these issues. Construction is a
technical industry that uses various technology applications such as maths,
physics, and structural theories. The project management team shall make safety
plans for particular construction tasks with complexity and high risk (Benny et al. 2017).
Safety management is used in different levels so that
it forms a hierarchical supervision structure. A special safety inspection,
regular check by engineers, and daily report by the project team should be made
for worker teams' safety. The contracting level should conduct a routine
inspection, rating, reporting so that the higher authority can know about the
project's safety measurements.
Usually, the working team does not have a strong
knowledge of safety awareness and education. It is the supervisor's task for
adequate supervision onto working of worker though following techniques of #SystemThinking onto safety management application.
It is essential to improve one's ability to prevent accidents and alarm the
authority on the accident before it occurs. It is also important to minimize
accidents and injuries on the working sites. The emergency team should make
emergency plans for accidents and set an emergency response team for actions
against sudden accidents.
